The veneration of fire arose the moment our ancestors first coaxed it from two sticks. The life-giving sun had been brought to earth and irrevocably changed our consciousness and the evolution of history. Its power, esoteric qualities and medicine have been revered throughout all cultures and traditions ever since. Like all manifest phenomena, fire exists on ever-deepening levels of subtlety, including within us. Inner fire not only ignites the digestion but fuels creativity and passion, illuminating visions and dreams. The inner observer rides the waves of spiritual fire and channels divine forms of it for inspiration, insight and healing. In this class we will be exploring the sacred gifts of fire as well as how to nurture relationship with it and start to work in a conscious co-creative way with it in your healing or spiritual practice.

 

There will also be a deep dive into the plants associated with fire and how they teach the mastery of this inner element. There will be practical exercises to begin your journey into the realm of the numinous flame, how to progressively hold more of its power and how to work with it to activate the ritual mind.
