Booking an in-person course or event

 

To book a course, you can book online, call 07507128618, or email emma@plantconsciousness.com. 

To request an application form for application only courses, email emma@plantconsciousness.com

To secure your place on the course and accommodation, early booking is recommended. Please note that your booking cannot be confirmed without a deposit or full fee payment, please refer to individual course for required booking fees. 

Once your place is booked, you will be sent a written confirmation, further details about the course, what you should bring, and a map with instructions on how to find us.

 

The School of Natural Esoterics reserves the right to refuse course applications and to only accept those applications deemed acceptable for the course. This is at the sole discretion of the School of Natural Esoterics and final decisions are non-negotiable.

 

 

Terms & Conditions for in-person courses

• Where deposits are accepted a minimum of 50% of fees will secure your place on a course. All deposits are non-refundable. The balance of fees are due no later than 4 weeks prior to the course commencement.

• When booking a course with split payment options, it is the responsibility of the attendee to settle outstanding payments at the specified due dates. 

• We offer full refund of retreat and workshop fees if cancelled more than 2 months from the course dates and 50% refund if cancelled between 1-2 months in advance of the course. We can not offer refunds if retreats and workshops are cancelled within 1 month of the course dates.

• If a course is postponed the student is automatically enrolled in the rescheduled course, and the same 2 month non-refundable policy applies.

• It is the responsibility of the attendee to workshops, courses and retreats to ensure they do not have any of the counterindications for the plant being worked with.

• Course facilitators reserve the right to refuse admittance of any attendee to a course at their own discretion.

 

Terms & Conditions of online courses & video purchases

• All course materials, handouts, videos and email correspondence are copyrighted and may not be used in any form, whether physical, digital or in any other form, without written permission from the copyright holder, Emma Farrell or the associated teacher of the course, with the exception of use for study of a specific course by the individual enrolled in the course.

• Full course or video fees must be received before access to an online course or video will be given.

• All online course and video purchase fees are non-refundable, as course materials and access to videos will have been received by the participant.

Cancellation policy if we have to cancel:

The School of Natural Esoterics reserves the right to cancel a booking. If this happens we will give as much notice as possible.

In the event of a cancelled course, the full amount paid will be refunded. The School of Natural Esoterics or its teachers can accept no further liability for course cancellations beyond this refund.

Meals and dietary requirements

We serve meals made with organically grown vegetables where possible, and all food served is GMO-free. We serve nutritious vegan food with gluten free options.

We will do our best to cater for special dietary requirements but these, along with any food allergies, must be confirmed via email to emma@plantconsciousness.com no less than 2 weeks before the start of a course.  We will be unable to accommodate changes to diet when you arrive as our meals are planned in advance and delivered from off-site.

 

On-site Regulations

• No smoking is allowed within the buildings.

• The School of Natural Esoterics does not assume responsibility for guests’ property.

• Pets cannot be accommodated at the School.

• All course attendees will be expected to hold their own space for the duration of the course and look after their own physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

• Healings and other therapies given by students will not be permitted at the School unless as part of the course and / or you have advance permission from Emma Farrell.

• To protect the learning environment for all students and staff any complaints about the course, other students or staff must be addressed directly to Emma Farrell via emma@plantconsciousness.com

Bursaries and concessions

We may be able to offer concession rates and bursaries to those who wish to take part in The School of Natural Esoteric courses but find it difficult to do so without some financial assistance. Funds are limited. Please head to our Bursaries page for more information here.

Newsletter Sign-ups

Our website offers you the chance to sign up to the School of Natural Esoterics Newsletter, we only require your email address and your opt-in goes straight to our database handler, Mailerlite. Your email address will not be provided to a third party and we will only send emails related to the School of Natural Esoterics.

There is an Unsubscribe button on every Newsletter and you can opt-out of receiving any newsletters whenever you wish. Kindly note that once unsubscribed you will not be able to re-subscribe unless from a different email address. 

Alternatively, you can write to Emma@plantconsciousness to have your name removed from our mailing list at any time. 

Emma will ensure that your email is manually removed from the list. If you wish to re-subscribe you will need to do so with an alternative email address.

Additional Privacy Policy

 

1. What information do we gather?

As a visitor to this site you may be asked to provide us with personal information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address when you fill out a form / book a ticket.

This information is collected for internal administrative purposes only and will not be passed to any other organisations. Most of the information you provide for ticket purchases stays with PayPal. Some of the information we collect through forms is marked as mandatory and other information is provided voluntarily, if you fail to provide us with information that is marked as mandatory we will not be able to process your form. The only mandatory information we ask for is that which is needed to complete the ticket sale, requiring that you provide us at least with your full name, e-mail address and postal address.

 

2. Payment details

Payment is handled separately, and securely, through the payment processor, PayPal, so those details are never gathered by Us and we never have access to them.

 

3. How do we process this information, and for what purpose?

At present, we require these personal details for a number of reasons. We need your full name and e-mail address so we may be able to send you tickets electronically, so we can re-issue you tickets and possibly offer refunds if necessary, and we also require this information for our own record keeping, as well. We may also use these details to send you promotional material about other related services or products, unless you opt out of our mailing list. If you wish to be removed from the mailing list, simply send us an email request or check the relevant box during the booking process.

 

4. Who will We share this information with?

We do not share the information we collect with any third party.

 

5. How do we protect your information?

We follow the Information Commissioner’s Office’s recommendations for our own data security. Our Payment Processor use their own security measures to keep your personal banking details safe, including safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption. 6. What rights do you have to access, change or remove your information?

Among others, you have the right to a copy of the information we have collected from you. Additionally, you are entitled to have inaccurate personal data rectified or destroyed. In fact, we welcome any amendments you may suggest, as it is also our obligation to keep any data we collect as accurate as reasonably possible.
