Walking through the forest invokes a sense of inner peace, timelessness and energetic renewal. Forest bathing has become a popular and viable nature connection and healing modality in recent years, yet there are deeper levels of communion that we can nurture with trees. In this online class plant spirit healer, Emma Fitchett, will offer insights into the conscious intelligence of trees and how to connect and communicate with these ancient beings.

You will learn a technique to connect with any tree to begin your practice. You will also be offered suggestions for your continued tree communication practice and learn why communicating with these wise beings can be beneficial for your life and wellbeing. Emma will also guide you through reciprocity practices to ensure we give as much as we receive.

The second half of the class will be dedicated to looking in-depth at the consciousness of Willow, Hazel and Apple, their qualities, correspondences, folklore and magical capabilities.

Offering teachings from the realms of direct experience, esoteric lore, folklore, shamanism and plant spirit healing you will learn how to form conscious and lasting bonds with all trees.  There will also be a Q&A to receive personal advice and guidance for your practice.
