The art of shamanic journeying is a useful skill for inner work, healing, gaining insight into the subconscious and deeper connection to spirit allies. In this online intensive, Emma will outline the fundamental principles and essential ingredients for safe and effective journey work as well as how to integrate plant spirits to increase clarity and efficiency. Used for millennia by shamans, magicians, mystics and healers for insight and connection to spirit allies, journeying into the astral realms and into the present-past can effect change in the psyche and illuminate the inner landscape.
You will learn about the power of existing magical pathways (routes into the otherworld) and how to create your own, transitional portals though layers of consciousness and the most effective drumming pattern to hold the conceptual mind so the conscious dream body can journey freely. You will learn how to work with the spirits of Foxglove, the Yew and Wormwood, formidable team members to activate inner vision, navigate the inner plane and protect the dream body. You will also be taken through practical shamanic journeys within the class and given instruction for continued practice and development.

This course lays the foundations for advanced in-person healer and shamanic journey training. It is recommended that training in astral cosmology and lore as well as sacred space building is also undertaken to accompany the knowledge of shamanic journeying.

Emma Fitchett MSc
Emma is a plant spirit healer, shamanic teacher and author. She has held plant diet retreats and ceremonies in England and Wales since 2016. She holds a Master's Degree in 'The Preservation & Development Of Wisdom Culture & The Art Of Liberation' in the Tibetan Buddhist Mahayana Tradition, writing her thesis on 'Understanding The Nature Of The Self Through Lucid Dreaming'.
She has been initiated into indigenous healing and magical lineages of the British Isles and the Ecuadorian Amazon, is the holder of the White Serpent lineage and is also a Geomancer, Psychic Surgeon and entity removal specialist. Emma is the founder of the School of Natural Esoterics, the Plant Consciousness Apothecary and runs a Remote Healing Practice.
